For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "Argus Media" shall mean Argus Media Limited and any member within its group of companies (as defined in the UK Companies Act 2006), and “ICCO” shall mean the International Cocoa Organization. The ICCO is the organiser of the World Cocoa Conference 2016, and Argus Media is the organising partner.

Access and registration
Access to the Website and/or Apps is permitted on a temporary basis and Argus reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or amend the Website (in whole or in part) and/or Apps without notice. Neither Argus nor the ICCO be liable if for any reason the Website and/or Apps is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Your access to the Website and/or Apps may require a user to login by becoming a registered user of the Website and/or Apps. We may also offer a trial period of access.
If you are allocated a username, password and/or any other piece of information as part of the user registration procedures for the Website or the Apps (the "Access Details"), you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware that any Access Details have become known to or used by any person other than you.

The INTERNATIONAL COCOA ORGANIZATION name and logo are the property of the ICCO. You are not permitted to use any of either Argus’s or the ICCO’s marks without the prior written consent of the appropriate owner. Other trademarks, logos and trade names that appear on the Website are the property of their respective owners.
You may print off copies, and may download extracts, of any materials from the Website ("Materials") for your personal reference, provided that you do not: edit or remove any copyright and other proprietary notices on such Materials (i.e. those notices acknowledging the source and our ownership of the information); modify the paper or digital copies of such Materials in any way; or use any illustrations, graphics, photographs, video or audio sequences separately from any accompanying text. Argus Media's status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of the Materials must always be acknowledged. You must not use or reproduce any part of the Materials for any public or commercial purposes without first obtaining a licence to do so from Argus Media. This does not affect Argus’s or the ICCO’s liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or the liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Viruses, hacking and other offences
You must not misuse the Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You may not access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt: any part of the Website, any equipment or network on which the Website is stored, any software used in the provision of the Website, or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third-party. You must not attack the Website through a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
Neither Argus nor the ICCO will be responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any material available on them, or on any website linked to or accessible through the Website.
The Website must not be framed on any other website, nor may you create a link to any part of the Website other than the home page. Argus and the ICCO reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
Where the Website contains links to other websites and resources provided by third-parties, these links are provided for your information only. Neither Argus nor the ICCO, whether acting individually or jointly, have control over the contents of those sites or resources, nor accept no responsibility or liability for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Suspension and termination
If Argus determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms and Conditions, it may take such action as it deems appropriate, including the immediate, temporary or permanent suspension or termination of your right to use the Website.
Argus and the ICCO exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of these Terms and Conditions. The responses described above are not limited, and Argus and/or the ICCO, whether individually or jointly, may take any other action they reasonably deem appropriate.
If any provision of liability of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Jurisdiction and Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from, or related to, access to and/or use of the Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim, although Argus Media retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these Terms and Conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
